I work with CEOs, boards, investors and leadership teams when product, transformation or operating model execution needs to be clarified, accelerated or reset across markets.
Strategy and delivery are combined to shape decision, operating and business models that hold at scale.
20+ years of experience, including 15 in senior and advisory executive roles. 30+ strategic programmes in contexts ranging from EUR 15M to EUR 500M+, across Opella, Kantar XTEL, Stellantis, EY and regulated financial services.
My role is to map the system, clarify priorities and trade offs, align business, product and technology, then lead execution across countries.
Alongside Oksydian, I co-founded Architekt, an advisory and venture platform. The current portfolio spans ambulatory healthcare, agritech intelligence, due diligence automation and deterministic graph analysis. My scope covers product conception, decision and business architecture, research architecture, roadmaps, operating model and delivery.
Constraints are the material, not the obstacle. I shape complexity into structure.
Design decision rights, governance systems, operating models and executive arbitration so priorities remain clear and execution holds at scale.
Realign organisations, roles, workflows and operating rhythms. Lead adoption, capability building and cross-functional change across business, product and technology.
Shape product vision, portfolio priorities, business models and platform architecture. Build the standards, methods and delivery systems required across research, APIs, QA and production.
Structure portfolios and programmes through integrated roadmaps, sequencing, dependencies and delivery visibility. Lead cross-market execution across regulated, technical and institutional environments.
Processes, information flows, dependencies, stakeholder structures and operational constraints.
Priorities, trade offs, investment choices, decision rights, business logic and economic framing.
Operating architecture, governance, portfolios, roadmaps, standards, methods and delivery models.
Cross-functional teams, operating rhythms, change adoption, multi-country coordination and measurable outcomes.
Recent mandates span a 10+ brand global platform at Opella, two-brand omnichannel transformation at Celio, a 5-country SaaS operating model at Kantar XTEL, portfolio recovery across 10+ products at EBP and conversational AI operations at Orange. Earlier work includes Stellantis, Louvre Abu Dhabi and regulated financial services programmes at EY, including BCBS 239, a global Quality Assessment Review and cybersecurity service framing with specialist teams.

AI is treated as an operating architecture, not a feature layer or productivity tool. I structure the research corpus, data and knowledge models, decision logic, agentic workflows, validation gates, traceability and human control required for systems to remain reliable under regulatory, domain and scale constraints. The objective is governed augmentation of judgement, not automated output.
